  • I spent close to fifteen years as the founder and publisher of a global women's magazine — building it from one subscriber to thousands of followers around the world — long before identity transformation had a name, I was already studying what makes women rise, shrink, and rise again.

  • I built the SCALE methodology from the inside out — not from a textbook, but from living the gap between who I was and who I was becoming, and watching hundreds of women navigate the same crossing.

  • I am a neuroscience-informed identity architect, leadership consultant, and an author — but above all, I am someone who has sat across from enough high-capacity women to know: the ceiling is never the strategy. It's always the identity.
